advertising & media; and IT software ventures. He is
a graduate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Samantha Wong has
11 years working experience, both in public practice and commercial,
within manufacturing, trading and construction industries. Her
wealth of experience comes from heading Finance and Administration
Departments which oversees Accounts, Finance, Stock control, Credit
Control, Administrative, Payroll, Human Resources and corporate
secretarial functions. She holds a Masters in Business
Administration in International Business and is a Fellow member of
the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is also a
council member for the Gerson Lehrman Group International which
provides specialized expertise to various external parties on an
international basis.
Eugene Ko

Eugene Ko has a strong dual disciplinary
background incorporating both Finance and IT over 16 years, not only in
accounting and finance matters, but also in software design and
implementation. He is from the public practice and commercial sector,
specializing mainly in shipping, logistics and investment holding. He is well versed with interfacing
financial and non-financial software and has implemented accounting,
payroll and consolidation software before. He is a Fellow member of
the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified
Financial Planner.
